Unfortunately, accidents or incidents occur which cause financial harm. The "acid" test for an agency or an insurance company is the speed, accuracy and fairness exhibited in handling and paying the claim.

Axis Insurance Agency, Inc. works with the insurance companies we represent to be sure every claim is expedited and paid promptly. We ask all customers to report claims directly to us so we can follow the claim to its satisfactory completion.

We will personally direct and guide you through the entire process and bridge the gap which often exists between the insurance company and the customer when a claim occurs.

Axis Insurance Agency, Inc. will not represent any insurance company which in our opinion does not administer claims in a timely, honest fashion as agreed to in the insurance contract.
